Privacy policy
What we collect when you visit or order from grindloot.com, why we need it, and who else sees it. Last updated October 3, 2026.
When you place an order
To fill your order we collect your name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, your phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We use this to make and ship your order, to send you emails about it, to sort out any problem with it, and to keep the records the law requires for tax and accounting.
If you create an account, we also keep your login details and order history so you can see past orders and check out faster next time.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on this site. Stripe uses it to take the payment and to help spot fraud. You can read Stripe's privacy policy.
Making and delivering your order
We share your name, shipping address and the items in your order with the companies that print and deliver it, and only so they can do that.
When you send us a message
If you use the contact form, we keep your name, email address and message so we can reply and look back at the conversation later.
When you browse the site
We count page visits so we know which pages people find useful. That count doesn't use cookies and doesn't identify you.
We also use Google Analytics to see how people find and use the site. It sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, the device and browser you use, and roughly where you are. Google's privacy policy explains how it uses this data.
The store sets a few cookies it needs to work, such as the one that remembers what's in your cart.
Emails
We'll email you about your order. We'll only send you other emails if you've asked for them, and every one has a link to unsubscribe.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for tax and accounting, and account details until you ask us to delete your account.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email contact@grindloot.com. Some order records may need to be kept for legal reasons, and we'll tell you if that applies.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The store won't remember your cart without them.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
